                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT
                 NO. 28F(EP2), INFLUENT RELIEF PUMP STATION
                 EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT - SCREENS, TO HYCOR
                 CORPORATION, FOR THEIR LOW BID IN THE AMOUNT OF
                 ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED
                 DOLLARS ($184,900.00)
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of Contract No. 28F(EP2), Influent Relief Pump Station
       Equipment Procurement - Screens, to Hycor Corporation, for their
       low bid in the amount of $184,900.00.
